Pebbles is a private annexe at our home in Pett Level, a haven of quiet and calmness. You’ll be only five minutes walk from an amazing beach. Surrounded by fabulous countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. There is a bright lounge with french doors overlooking the garden, wet room, double bedroom and fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

Set on the edge of woodland our converted mini stable is a small secluded retreat set at the rear of the big barn on our smallholding, totally shielded from the main house. The view from the Stables and your own private decking looks onto woodland and a field beyond with horses grazing. Our smallholding has 10 pet sheep and I can introduce you to them on request. Your own BBQ and fire pit in the meadow. And the option of pre booking a Massage treatment, yoga session or Sound Bath in the Yurt.

Set in the sussex countryside our beautiful showman's wagon is now resting. She has spent many years looking after showman travelling around the countryside housing show folk and fair ground people. Her history and that of the travelling community is a magical fascinating part of history. It is a privilege for us to own and gives us pleasure to be able to share with anyone who would like to stay. The garden and surrounding countryside are part of the charm of our wagon in summer and winter.

Our Barn is a large, rustic , comfy home situated in a semi -rural location 10 mins drive from the vibrant seaside town of Hastings in one direction and Rye in the other, close to main road. The perfect place to really relax and explore the breathtaking surroundings. With fascinating places to visit, stunning beaches, award winning restaurants and pubs, quirky shops and easy access to Brighton, Lewes and Kent.We have 4 Double Bedrooms (1 on ground floor) and 1 small kids room with bunk beds.
