This apartment with parking space is perfectly located at Le Gosier in Bas Du Fort in the residence Le Marisol (large swimming pool and beach on site). It offers easy access to all the most popular sites in Guadeloupe. 2 rooms with large equipped terrace that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people very well equipped (wifi, air conditioning, Tv with very many chains (100), washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave etc...). Bungalow loft aménagé récemment (août 2016), très bien équipé. Il est situé dans le quartier résidentiel de Dampierre dans un endroit très calme et verdoyant. De nombreux commerces (boulangerie, magasin bio, traiteur) ainsi que la plage d'Anse Vinaigri sont accessibles à pied. L'axe principal (N4) se trouve à 1 minute en voiture. Le bungalow jouxte notre habitation. Nous sommes disponibles pour tout renseignement.
