We are 15 minutes from almost everything and in the heart of the wedding and winery venues. Uber and Lyft are available.The Hill Country Galleria is an incredible shopping and dining destination. Tex Mex, Italian, Mexican Parrila, Fine Dining, casual Dining, all within 15 minutes. Of course you are welcome to prepare your own food in the fully equipped full kitchen. A side note: we have a family of wild turkeys that visit the property, as well as abundant wildlife. We also free range our 3 chickens and 3 dusks named Larry, Curley and Mo. We also have 3 female Longhorn, Toodles, Daisy and Clarabell. The manicured property is located on a private, 13-acre hobby ranch on the border of Dripping Springs and Austin. Walk down to Barton Creek or visit the longhorns in the pastures. Evenings are magical on the expansive porch; very romantic. Mid-Century Mod Treehouse near Zilker Park

My place is clean, modern, private, light and furnished with attention to detail and design. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. And of course I'm available should anything come up during your stay, as is the housekeeper. Listen to the quietness of this green and hilly neighborhood, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. Alternatively, head for nearby South Lamar, which is loaded with restaurants, shops, cinemas, and cafes—there's plenty to do right nearby. My place is two blocks from a bus stop (on South Lamar that goes to Barton Springs, Bouldin Creek, downtown, etc.). 3 NIGHT MINIMUM OCTOBER 9–16 (during ACL Fest).

The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, shops and grocery stores within walking distance. Welcome to our spacious home with brand new furnishings! 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath across 2,500 sf, surrounded by a huge 10,000 sf yard, where you'll be able to spread out and relax. The oversized garage was designed to fit two Chevy Silverado 2500s. There’s room for at least three cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking. There is no step-up to enter the front door and the main bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. We have a camera monitoring the front door.

This 1900 farmhouse located on the Pedernales River is filled with family memorabilia and antiques. The ranch has a wide array of wildlife as well as ranch animals such as nannie goats, chickens, and cows. The home is located just outside of town but, close to all the conveniences. Relax outside in the hottub or sit on the screen porch in back or the front porch with a glass of wine and enjoy the wildlife. There is a over 200 yr old live oak tree to sit under and enjoy the views.
