In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. The dune loft is just off the upper beach promenade on Wangerooge beach. The gastronomy, shops and a beautiful golf course are only a few minutes' walk away. The apartment currently has to be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which does not include the cleaning fee (see additional costs) of 120 EUROS and only the cost of 40 EUROS for bed linen and towels is charged under "Fee for bedding" (information under "additional rules").

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.

Dear holidaymakers, I rent a lovingly furnished 50 sqm apartment for up to 2 adults + 2 children + 1 -2 dogs in a romantic Wurtendorf on the North Sea. Our village is a small round village with 15 houses and is nestled between meadows and fields. Your dog is also a welcome guest and has enough space to let off steam. The apartment is part of a house but demarcated and with its own entrance. It's located on the backward, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible by stairs that have no handrail!
