Located within a stone's throw from Zuidlaren, which is also the village with the most brinkles and has therefore been voted the greenest village in Europe. There is also a stage of the Pieterpad along the country house and there are several beautiful hiking & cycling routes. Do you love peace, space, water, nature and a nice city around the corner? Then your home is! The house has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is located on a small-scale holiday park on the Leekstermeer. At 50 meters you can walk the lake in or on. Right next to the park is the beautiful nature reserve Onlanden. And with 30 minutes by bike you are in the middle of the city center of the nice city of Groningen. The house has a lovely terrace with its own sauna (wood fired) sauna (wood fired). Unique!

After you parked your car, you walk the 800 meter footpath. At the end there's an oasis of tranquility. You hear birds and are 'off the world'. During spring and summer you can enjoy the lake with the canoo, hire a boat and make a daily swim. In the surroundings there are all kinds of parks to hike very close by.
