Large sea-facing studio

Large studio of 48 m2 , on the south coast of the island, to touch the nature reserve , between Locmaria and the Trou de l 'Enfer. Located at the end of the little village of Locqueltas, you will spend a few days in the calm while admiring the sea, the chickens and sheep of the property. This studio is adjoining our family home, on a 3000 m2 common land. Direct access by the coastal path to several small coves that await you a hundred meters from the rental . Town 2 km away.

Nice cottage in the heart of the village. It is adjoining my house but you will be completely independent. The pati is private and reserved for you. From the house you will do everything on foot. The port is a 10-minute walk away. At your disposal a large living space of 30 m2 downstairs with a bathroom. Upstairs, a triple bedroom. A double bed of 160 and a single bed. A large suspended net will welcome you for your naps or to make your children sleep like in a hammock.

Charming house facing south 100m from the beach.

This south facing stone house will welcome you with all its comforts and large terrace. You will just have to go down the street to get to the small beach of Locmaria, a pretty village in the south of the island. You can reach the coastal trails on either side of the village for walks or hikes , go to the splendid beach of Grands Sables or enjoy the market and shops in the main village (5/10 minutes by bike ).
