The cozy frames are created with clean conditions and low ceilings. Access to garden and free parking on the residential road. 400 m to the beach, 2 km to Riis forest, shops outside the door and 5 km to Aarhus. 1500 M to the light rail and 200 m to the city bus. Free parking on the residential road. The host lives in the house upstairs the apartment.

Delicious Villa by the beach & close to Aarhus C

Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Newly built wooden house (128 sqm) in quiet surroundings with access to its own 56 sqm balcony; shared electric heated wilderness bath (by agreement) and garden. There is a fantastic panoramic view of the countryside and a view of the Bay of Aarhus from every room and the balcony. The bedroom with a double bed, 50" TV and plenty of closet space. The kitchen has 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, fridge and kitchen sink. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, tub and 2 sinks. Living room with dining area armchair, sofa and 50" TV.

Mini kitchen with sink, fridge incl. mini freezer and dining area. 140cm wide bed and possibility of weekend bed for a child. Possibility of 2 additional guests on the sofa bed. Free parking in front of the house as well as the possibility of charging an electric car for a fee. PLEASE NOTE Laundry only possible in town at Audes Laundromat for a fee. From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10 minute walk to the city's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.

Enjoy your holiday in this bright and friendly semi-detached house, set back on a small, cul-de-sac road - right next to a small lake and lovely nature in a cozy village just 15 km from Aarhus (the light rail goes directly in there). It is 5 km to a really nice beach in Risskov and both Tivoli Friheden, Den Gamle By i Aarhus, Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park, Mols Bjerge and Randers Regnskov are less than 30 minutes away by car.
