Delightful villa overlooking Lampedusa

This villa was built by my father at the highest point on the island due to its splendid view of the harbor and the proximity to the center of the village. It has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room as well as a patio always shaded with a large masonry table and a garden full of plants and trees. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water, private parking and a large solarium from which you can see the entire island. Rental includes daily cleaning.

A beautiful house in Lampedusa!

Villa located in Contrada Imbriacola immersed in nature, a strategic point between Cala Croce and the famous natural reserve of the Isola dei Conigli. The house consists of two bedrooms (1 double and 2 beds 1 square, which you can join), kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning and TV; the terrace with also the possibility of a barbecue corner is remarkable. There are no parking problems for any scooters or cars. La casa ospita 2/3 persone: ha una camera matrimoniale(si può aggiungere un letto nella camera) salotto, cucina ed un bagno con doccia, doccia esterna, barbecue in muratura. Per l'aria condizionata c'è un'extra di 50 euro a settimana da pagare in loco). Per gruppi più numerosi la villa principale per 4+2 può essere affittato (costo extra).
