Smart old building apartment in a central old town location with Schloßbergblick. The 100 m2 apartment scores with generous equipment. We can accommodate up to 5 people with two separate bedrooms. The large living/dining room overlooking the green Murufer, is located in the center of the apartment. Walk along the Mur about 10 minutes to the city center. Supermarket and bakery on the other side of the river. Numerous restaurants, coffee shops along the Mur towards Schloßberg. Convenient parking very close.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

This newly refurbished first floor flat is part of a 1848 listed building. It has been tastefully furnised and instantly makes you feel at home. Best location: The flat is directly opposite of the entrance to the ReSoWi Building (justice, economics and social sciences faculties) of the Karl Franzen’s University. Its ideally located for students, their families and friends on short visits or visiting professors.

A very stylish house with 3 rooms and space for 6 people. About 5 km from the city center of Deutschlandsberg and 35 km from the capital Graz. There are many attractions such as the castle DLBG or the wine-growing area of Kitzeck, etc. In addition, the €1.50 fee per adult(guest)/night is payable on site. The garage and the basement is not part of the rental. Garage and basement are privately used by us.
