Great country roads for hiking and biking, a private lakeshore, dock and rowboat, lots of wildlife, great fishing, & incredible sunsets. Summer rentals are Saturday-Saturday (7nts), Spring and Fall are 3 nt minimums.

Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

The bay is quiet, perfect for paddle boarding and also home to some of the best bass fishing in the country. The spacious yard has a hammock and tree swing, lovely for reading a book or relaxing with a glass of wine. The back deck overlooks the lake with rocking chairs and a hot tub. The patio has a built in fire pit, perfect for s'more making.
