Beautiful lawn house in the best location 4 bedrooms

House in a gated community very close to downtown Gramado! The best location. Before booking in Gramado, look at the map and check the distance from the center!! The location of the house avoids use of Uber or parking (which is difficult) in the city center. Perfect for families and with these amenities only my home!!! Air conditioning in all rooms and living room. Bathtub without closed hydro of glass and use only for guests. Bathtub in one of the en-suites too! Two car spaces.

Two-bedroom duplex apto with one at the bottom with queen bed, air-conditioning. Other in the upper part with double bed, single bed with auxiliary, air conditioning and ante room with sofa bed . In the living/dining room features sofa bed , dining table for 6 people, air conditioning,TV. Full kitchen, barbecue, hot water on the taps, except in the upper bathroom, washing machine, iron. Hair dryer in the two bathrooms.

Great apartment in the center of Gramado, no need to take a car to go to the city center, 200m from the Covered street, with all amenities such as kitchen accessories, bath and dormitory, very cozy for couples, individual adventures, business travelers and families (with children). Accommodates 4 people ( a double bed in the dormitory, and a double double bed in the living room). And another mattress if you need it.
