Superfijne woning van 100m2 met tuin en dakterras in Amsterdam West. Met twee slaapkamers; één met een tweepersoonsbed van 160x200cm en één kinderkamer met een bed van 100x200cm. En één extra slaapplek op de bedbank in de woonkamer. Twee aparte werkplekken en een ruime badkamer met ligbad en inloopdouche. Grote woonkeuken en dakterras met omheining. Met de tram ben je in 10 minuten in centrum Amsterdam. De twee katten Oscar & Ona komen graag bij je kroelen op de bank en worden graag geaaid :-).

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

My houseboat is situated on one of the most beautiful spots in Amsterdam. It's got a big open garden, that borders on some wild woods and opposite the wide canal (in which you can swim) is a forest. I love my home, it has everything you need and it's very quiet. It's like living in the country, a 20 minute walk along woods and water takes you to the next village on a lake. And a 15 minute bike-ride takes you to the ferry opposite the CS and one of the most beautiful towns in the world!
