Charming 50 m2 basement apartment in a picturesque villa area in Mölndal, centrally located near Gothenburg. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are two cozy bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. Want extra sleeping space? No problem – the living room has an extra bed. Private entrance, well secluded from the rest of the house and with full privacy. Private kitchen and bathroom. All areas in the apartment has seaview and there is a roofed terrace outside.
