Watch the sunrise from the bed, deer and cranes from the terrace, cozy wood fire in the oven when it gets cold. Comfortable beds, mini-kitchen and storage space in the car, water tap, shower, toilet, refrigerator in about 50 m in the fixed house. In front of the car fireplace and barbecue area. In order to keep the overnight price low, we give our guests the possibility to bring their own bed linen and towels (both also available for a fee: 5 and 3 €p.p.)

The apartment (2nd floor, approx. 35 sqm) is located on the beautiful Untermarkt, right in the heart of the historic old town and yet traffic-calmed. Short distances to the sights of the city, to cafes and restaurants, to Poland with further restaurants on the Neisse River. A parking ticket for parking close to the apartment is optionally available. (11 Euro per week) . I will be happy to obtain this ticket for you if required! Let the city surprise you.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We have built the wooden house in order to live in a relaxing location and to a limited extent to the essentials. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak trees even come from our own Upper Lusatian forest. You can admire the sunset right on the lake and relax properly. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise about 150 m away.

All technical aids available to a normal household are available (washing machine, refrigerator, TV, bicycles, barbecue, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Just ask.
