Our family house (200m2) with surrounding garden is situated near Amsterdam and Utrecht (20 minutes by car/train). Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful spacious kitchen and a garden shed with fire place, provides a great place to stay with your family or friends. Children can play in the treehouse and jump on the large trampoline, in the summer you can easily install a mini pool. Bussum provides all amenities including a train station. Beautiful forests and lakes are at close distance.

Covid-19 will be further away while staying in our safe, clean and comfortable family villa on the outskirts of Amsterdam. This recently build house is a perfect place to relax from all the recreation activities the area has to offer. It’s located on the edge of a residential area with a panorama view of the Amsterdam-Rijn canal Feel free to grab any of our bikes to explore the surrounding recreational areas (Diemerbos, Gein, Gaasperplas), the historical town of Weesp or of course Amsterdam.

Beautiful family house nearby Amsterdam

Beautiful, modern and cozy family house close to Amsterdam. Situated in front of river 'de Vecht'. There is a jetty in front of the house, so you can easily make a swim or sup. A perfect spot to enjoy a holiday feeling. We are surrounded by fields, lakes and small beaches. Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden.

Nice semi-detached villa 20 mins from Amsterdam

Mooie 2-onder-één-kap villa uit 1934. 5 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Totaal 210 m2 + tuinhuis van 25 m2 woonoppervlakte. Fijne tuin van totaal 600 m2. Voorzieningen voor kinderen, zoals trampoline, spelletjes, speelgoed, tafeltennis, nieuw tuinhuis (logeren in de tuin!) 12 min lopen naar station. In 20 min ben je in het centrum van Amsterdam of Utrecht. Laadpunt voor auto. Fietsen beschikbaar. LET OP: Wij hebben 2 lieve katten, gasten moeten het oké vinden om de katten te verzorgen.

This place offers almost everything you need for a perfect holiday. Situated next to a lake you have your own private deck from where you can jump into the water to use the "sup, kayak or even a boat". The house is completely renovated (early 2022) and offers lots of luxury. BBQ/2 bathrooms/modern kitchen/aico/wifi and an outdoor terrace to enjoy the sun. Only 15 minutes away from Amsterdam city centre and only 5 minutes away from historical "Muiderslot and Naarden Vesting".

Quiet wooded villa with very central location on the Gooisch nature reserve with forests, heath and lakes. In 15 minutes by car/train, you are in Amsterdam or Utrecht. The suite has a private access with a double bed, pantry, dining table and luxurious bathroom. Parking is plentiful on enclosed property. There is a laundry room in the basement. Sauna and gym can be used in consultation. There is also a private sunny terrace. Rent at least per month for a set time.

Our house of 300m2, built in 1800, is located in the old scenic city centre of Weesp, next to the river "Vecht". On the front side you have a lovely view over the river, where can enjoy the boats passing by. Our back garden is secured and located on the sunny Southeast side, ideal for enjoying the sun and children to play in. It is situated close to Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport.
