Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. We are a non-smoking property.

A very comfortable 2 bedroom granny flat in a great location, sea breezes and views. Unfortunately no air conditioner or washing machine. Close to Currimundi Lake and beaches. Lots of great coastal walking and bike tracks. Walk to Currimundi shops. 10 minute drive to University Hospital. It is wheelchair friendly with courtyard and verandah There is street parking directly at the front of the property, but not on the driveway as we need access to the garage.

It's hard to believe, but this spacious studio-cabin was once a working milking shed. The cabin has it's own separate driveway and is nestled in 10 acres of paddocks and tall gum trees.
