The finished garage/game room gives you even more room to spread out and enjoy your stay. The large, deep, double lot has plenty of room for off-street parking. Enjoy excellent quality water from the artesian “flowing” well. There is a Generac generator so even mother nature can’t ruin your visit. Centrally located in Gladwin County in the “Wooden Shoe” area located near M-61 & M-30. Only 16 miles from I-75 and 21 miles from US-127. Gladwin County has thousands of acres of state land with trail systems for ORV adventures, Jeep rides, snowmobiling and much more. The “Gladwin Trail” portion is easily accessed from this property.

Lakeview cabin and guest house with full access to all sports Elk Lake with large space to tie off pontoon, jet skies or boat. Free access to kayak. Fire pit with beautiful view of Elk Lake.
