It is a townhouse with a private garden in the center of the village. The house is small but very charming. On the ground floor there is a hall, a living-dining room with an open kitchen, a simple bathroom and a room for the washing machine. From the ground floor you access a private garden where you can hang out in the sun and relax and where you can have a small barbecue. On the first floor there is a full bathroom, a double room with a bed-nine and a double room with a double bed with a dressing room-office.

Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

Home in La Pera

The house is located in La Pera, a lovely small medieval village. The village has a shop, and there is a really nice bar restaurant in the town square, next to the ancient church. The house is located in the heart of the village, less than two minutes walk from the restaurant. There are many beaches in the area. Our favourite at LÉscala is less than 20 minutes drive from the house, with many other beaches at for example Begur and Pals being approximately a similar distance away.

The area is residential, central and quiet, a 5 minute walk from the center, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. 10 minutes walking from the main beaches and coves.

Relaxing getaway surrounded by nature, surrounded by forest and mountains. It is ideal for disconnecting from daily grind and beautiful views. ( El Montseny, Les Guilleries ...) There is a park two minutes away , a ping pong board and a sports court, there is also a public seasonal pool two minutes away from the house. In the area you can take excursions on foot, by bicycle. Also you can rent electric bike rentals and do Cayac in the Sau Swamp.

This beautiful two-floor house is located in one of the most marvelous sites in Costa Brava - Tamariu. It consists of two bedrooms, one of them which has sea sight and terrace. One bedroom has a double sea view and the other with bunk beds. Three bathrooms and wonderful terraces where you can eat and sunbathe. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. You will find a barbecue on the terrace. Located in a private complex.

Can Nillus: fantastic townhouse, very close to Girona, with ample spaces to share and large rooms to rest in. Small pool and solarium on the backyard. Huge covered terrace, with different uses, from eating or dining outdoors, doing some yoga session, working... Great wifi coverage that will allow you to work in any area of the house, also on the outdoor area. Located on a pedestrian street, with shops of all kinds very close by.
