Rural house close to Eindhoven in nature

Spacious morderne villa in a nice quiet location, at the edge of the village overlooking the dommeldal. Very suitable for family of which 1 or 2 person/persons are limited mobile because there is a spacious bedroom on the ground floor and there are no thresholds in the house. The House is also very suitable for family with children. The house is at a bike distance from the Eindhoven and Valkenswaard. From the backyard, there are a number of hiking and cycling routes. Sometimes I rent out the attic to check this out.

Fabulous 4 Bedroom Villa (KS-10)

This fabulous and stylish 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located near the city centre of Eindhoven. The pool is open from April until September and closed from October until March. The pool has a special cover that heats up the water by the sun, it is not an electric heated pool. Spacious modern sunny house with garden.

The entire home is in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking and public transport around the corner (a bus every 10 minutes). Good WiFi, modern cozy furnished. Wonderful sunlight enters the living room. Nice place in the south facing garden. Supermarket within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and delivery services available in the area. We are required to pay tourist tax. Eindhoven charges €3.50 per person per night. This must be paid in cash at check-in.

't Achterommetje

't Achterommetje is very spacious and quietly located. Home is practical yet homey. Outside there are two terraces, one in the sun and one in the shade. There is a lot private due to a natural construction of the garden. The ground floor has floor heating, cooking facilities, laundry room and toilet. There is also a large fitted wardrobe for suitcases, jackets, shoes and bags. On the first floor is a bedroom with double sink, shower room, and separate toilet.

Located in a quiet neighborhood of Eindhoven, within walking distance to various parks and various shops. The house is close to the city center of Eindhoven and the bus at the end of the street. Downstairs a spacious living room with sitting area, kitchen open and a piano. Toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an office and a laundry room. Backyard with a tennis table, barbecue and bike that you can use. Free parking in the street!
