The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, lies this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as self-catering for a longer period of time but even if you want to just stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, wood-burning stove, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160 cm) and a daybed for two. Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are made when you arrive. Host lives in house next to cabin. Welcome !

Stay in “Kråkboet”, a converted barn in the countryside.

You live in “Kråkboet”, a converted barn, secluded, on our property. An apartment about 70 sqm housed in a barn, sleeps 6, spread over 4 bunk beds and a shareable double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. We have provided “Kråkboet” with a Google Home device. If you don't want to use it, just unplug it. :) It is, however, an invaluable aid for, for example, visually impaired.

Lake cabin with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. See also my guidebook The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.
