Unique newly renovated farmhouse in Gamla Gävle

Now we finally rent out our new renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse about 1 room and kitchen distributed on 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart tv. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Gamla Gefle

Spacious, homely apartment, about 80 sqm, with private entrance and a cozy little patio with possibility for barbecue. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is secluded in the soothers' part of my own villa in Gamla Gefle. The area is a quiet oasis with cobblestone streets, but just a stone's throw away from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores and museum. It is a ten minute walk both to the train station and to the beautiful, scenic Boulognerskogen where there is a swimming area, mini golf, outdoor gym.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are made when you arrive. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Close to shop with generous opening hours. Take an evening dip in the test home. Just a 3 minute walk. Close to golf 32 holes and pay and play 9 holes. The host family lives on the floor above. Bus to city center 10 min.
