The cottage is a fisherman's house for 4/6 people (2 bedrooms). Very quiet, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The cottage is equipped with the necessary equipment for your vacation (dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue...) For your peace of mind, sheets and towels are provided. The house consists of a living room (convertible sofa), a bathroom, a separate kitchen overlooking an enclosed garden facing south with its wooden terrace and fruit trees. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs.

Charming independent stone house, 50 m from the beach. The bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs, so the house is not suitable for people with limited mobility. It is close to the sea (5Km), the landing beaches (50min from the cottage), the Caen Memorial (1h), Mont Saint Michel (1h40 from the cottage), the Channel Islands... You can also visit the Cité de la Mer (aquarium, submarine, exhibition on the Titanic...), the animal park of Montaigu la Brisette (10min from the cottage), you will be close to the marshes of Cotentin and Bessin, the house of the biscuit of Sortosville-en-Beaumont.
