Feel at home and enjoy the comfort of this 1930s home with swimming pool, fruit trees and organic garden. Restored preserving the original characteristics of the time, the house has ample spaces, light and decoration designed in detail to provide a memorable experience. Bordal Houses - Casa do Garanito is located in the tourist area 5 minutes from the sea. With mini market 3 minutes away as well as restaurants, cafes etc. The center of Funchal is a 15-minute walk from the property and is a very beautiful walk that can be done largely by the sea. The access to the promenade, by the sea, is 5 minutes, and you can go to Câmara de Lobos always by the sea. It is a house from the 30s of the last century and has been restored with the preservation of the original characteristics of the time. The same furniture, lamps, floors and ceilings were kept. In this way we maintained the authenticity and ‘soul’ of this Madeiran house. The “House” has a lot of natural light and is decorated so that you feel at home. It is a house with a bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 people (2 in double bed and 2 in sofa bed in the living room). We also have a baby cot. The house has a dining and private living area. We have a lawn, common pool for the two houses, organic garden and fruit trees that can be used by guests. Get ready to hear the roosters and birds singing every morning. We live next door. This means that you can contact us for any questions, help or suggestions you wish. We also have access to the pool common to both houses. Bordal Houses - Casa do Garanito is inserted in a property with two floors. It has access to its private seating and dining area and all common areas such as swimming pool, lawn, fruit tree area and organic garden. We have available in addition to sun loungers and umbrellas, a common dining and living table by the pool. We live next door. This means that you can contact us for any questions, help or suggestions you wish. We are also always available via message. We want your stay at Bordal Houses to be remembered as something unique. The house is located in a tourist area very close to the sea, mini-market, cafes, restaurants, bars and commerce. The centre of Funchal is a short walk from the house. It is worth taking the beautiful seaside walking tour to the center or Câmara de Lobos. Parking next to the property, we have 1 parking space available on the street next to the property entrance. However there is also public parking 3 minutes away and free. The accesses to Funchal and the expressway that connect the whole island are very close. The center of Funchal is a 15-minute walk from the property and is a very beautiful walk that can be done largely by the sea. Next to the property there are public transport to Funchal, more precisely to the old area and next to the Teleferico. We are located in the tourist area 5 minutes from the sea – Complexo Balneário do Lido and Praia do Gorgulho. The access to the promenade, by the sea, is 5 minutes, and you can go to Câmara de Lobos always by the sea. Pure tranquility with authenticity! You will not forget the tranquility of the place. We are located in the tourist area but we are an authentic urban retreat. The dining area outside and the access to our garden are details that you will not forget.
