Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzigtal lies our house in a secluded location. On the ground floor, on the ground floor to the garden, there is a cozy furnished apartment, where you can relax in any season and in any weather. Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Our apartment "Mühlenlounge" deserves its name. We live in an old oil mill, within walking distance of the attractive city centre of Haslach, where the preserved half-timbered structure impresses. The mill lounge has loft character and many originals from the time of the oil mill have been preserved. Nevertheless, the state of the art in this holiday apartment is on a modern level, such as TV, kitchen equipment, coffee machine, WLAN, etc.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our rustic half-timbered house from 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base for discovering the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the lark's nest: the natural garden, 2 wild tomcats, 2 funny goats, 3 adventurous chickens, 4 relaxed turtles and a cuddly dog.
