Ascend a spiral staircase to a bedroom at the top of a tower in a magnificent villa. The room has a large private terrace with magnificent views of our olive grove and the Franschheok mountains. In the morning explore an extensive property next to the Franschhoek Mountains. Swim and play tennis. Wander through vineyards, an olive grove, and a rose garden. This suite is set on a 2 hectare farm and is perfect for a tranquil and peaceful getaway, but within 2 km of the quaint Franschhoek village. Franschhoek is known for its beautiful mountain ranges and valley vistas, delicious wines, culinary delights and quaint shops. You can enjoy secure parking behind locked gates, access to the rose garden, tennis court, vineyards and olive groves. You have your own private entrance. The guest suite is part of Sandstone House has a private entrance and magnificent private terrace. It's located in a quiet corner of Franschhoek, a town about 80 kilometers east of Cape Town. The house is surrounded by farms and has excellent views. We are just over 2km from Franschhoek Village, so in easy access. If you do not want to drive, you can get around very easily on the Tuk-Tuk or hire a bicycle to enjoy a leisurely drive around the village and valley. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Cafe Bon Bon who are our neighbours. Access is through a private gate a short walk through our vineyards. Sandstone house is located in the quiet corner of Franschhoek with very little traffic noise as there is no through traffic. The guest suite is in Sandstone House. It's located in a quiet corner of Franschhoek, a town about 80 kilometers east of Cape Town. The house is surrounded by farms and has excellent views.

Set on 2 hectares of beautiful gardens, with fruit trees, vineyards & surrounded by mountains. Sip a glass of chilled wine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the large balcony with one of the best views! Cool off in the dipping pool and relax in the tree shaded pool area or on those wet winter days curl up next to the indoor fireplace. Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Nestled between towering mountainscapes and enduring vineyards, this property is situated in Franschhoek, a town known for its world-class dining, wine tasting, and natural beauty. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). Stay on a Working Flower Farm in a Modern Home

Soak up the secluded splendor of this modern farmhouse in the Cape Winelands. A new expansive view awaits at every turn—admire one side of the mountain range in the light-filled entrance hall, and take in the other from the spacious sitting room that brings the outdoors in with a full-size maple tree and sliding glass doors. Colorful textiles and eclectic art objects collected from around the world enliven the farmhouse interiors, where leafy greens and flowers fill each room. Take a dip in the outdoor 15m pool, then enjoy a meal near a wood-burning fireplace on the outdoor patio. Modern house with farm interior. Access to all areas including own pool and garden. Open plan kitchen and living areas with access to verandah and vegetable garden. Will be welcome and greeted by myself ,always available by phone or text . The farmhouse is set in a secluded area just a short drive away from the quaint town of Stellenbosch, ripe with many fruit orchards and wine vineyards—some date as far back as the 1650s. Foodies would be wise to pit stop at Foliage, an award-winning restaurant listed as one of the “World’s 50 Best” restaurants. Own transport is recommended, but Uber is available if needed, guests use them often successfully. Gay friendly. Perfectly located.

This is the most perfect ever listing. Privacy, location, quality. FULLY SOLAR POWERED. Completed by a top designer, breathtaking views of the mountains and wine valley, next to Le Lude champagne estate and restaurant, on an equestrian estate. And under 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, 5 minutes to Le Lude or Haute Cabriere estates, the monument, museum etc. There is even a friendly water mongoose named Tilly who will come to visit! NO CHILDREN of any age allowed, including infants.

This beautiful cottage is on Bourgogne farm, just 1km from town. It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing break away. An indoor fireplace can be found on the enclosed stoep. The queen bed comes with crisp clean white linen & is complimented by different shades of green. The en-suite bathroom has a big shower. We provide bath sheets. The kitchen is fully equipped. The cottage is right next to the shed on the working farm, so expect an early morning rush when we pick plums.
