The house is located 100 meters from the lake in one of the ancient courtyards of Suna between the houses of the old Suna,inside the old courtyards, 200 meters from the swimming pools and 100 from the municipal beaches. Pallanza is 5 minutes on foot. The house is in the historic center, pedestrian island, you can walk . There are two parking spaces 50mt and one on Balilla Street and the other along the Toubetzkoy Street. The house has been recently refurbished and IS totally green. The apartment is located on the lakefront, in the center of the village, with a wonderful view from the balcony over the Borromean Gulf. We provide our guests with free bicycles (city bikes and mountain bikes, also for children). In the apartment our animal friends are considered special guests and very welcome. In front of the house there are piers for the docking of boats and the beach, where in July for 10 days there is a large party for tourists.
