Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

centrally located 3.5 room apartment in apartment building. fully-equipped open kitchen, fireplace, 2 balconies, sauna. Underground parking, elevator. Ideal starting point for hikes and skiing. Ski bus (free), shopping (Volg, Denner), post office, bank, bakery and butcher in close proximity. There is also the tourist office and a fine pizzeria right in this village centre. A pedestrian underpass will take you from the apartment to all these places within 2 minutes.

A rustic house in the Walser village on the sunny slope above the Churer Rhine Valley. Starting point for a ski holiday in the small and large areas of the region. Hikes from the house. By car 15 minutes to Chur, the oldest city in Switzerland. The house has a fireplace, large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and cozy living room. This spacious apparent with balcony is located on the second floor of the B&B. It is ideal for 2-3 people. When booking for 4-5 people is another bedroom with a king size bed included in the price. The fire place in the living room brings cosiness to dull days. The fabulous roof terrace is also used from the 4 B&B rooms and also ourselves. You can also book a local breakfast (if the B&B is open).
