The Hilltop Den is the terrace level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. Private, quiet apartment close to the airport, hiking, biking and breweries. Private entrance with garage in a nice neighborhood. Living room has a futon couch and tv with Hulu and Netflix. Queen bedroom with your own bathroom, large closet, desk, and a full kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit. The garage is the only shared space as I have outdoor equipment stored there. Located approximately 5 minutes to Biltmore Park, about 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. Well behaved pets welcome for a fee.

Guests should know that AVL city has designated our water as safe for showers but NOT for consumption. Guests will need to consume bottled water. Our space is a private mountain apartment, near Biltmore Estate, AVL airport, and Blue Ridge Parkway, nestled in a lovely rural, wooded neighborhood, only a few miles from convenience. This is a PRIVATE basement apartment with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us.

It’s 2021, 30’ camper with a slide out and full hook ups. You have a flat lawn area in the sun and shade trees all to yourself with a fire pit and outdoor seating area to enjoy. We’re located only 5 min. from the Asheville airport, and right in the middle between Asheville and Hendersonville, taking 20 min. to get to either downtown. You can enjoy many of the nearby forests: Bent Creek and Mills River are 15 min. away, Pisgah and DuPont are 30 min. away. It’s such a fun experience!
