The house is unashamedly located, spacious and with an amazing silence and proximity to nature. Welcome to beautiful Flekkefjord. The house is 2 km from Flekkefjord Sentrum. Here it is a short distance to the beach both by the sea and fresh water. Great hiking areas to, among other things, Høgfjellet and Simonskyrkja. Dresin rental in the city center. Flekkefjord is renowned as a tourist-friendly and dear summer town. Shopping streets, restaurants and niche shops. The entire property is fenced in, gates with a lock. Child and pet friendly. 15 feet Pioneer with 20 hp, can also be rented on site. Original fixtures from the time when the lighthouses with family lived in the lighthouse. Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.
