Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The little house is close to the sea. There is a private entrance, living room with kitchenette, sleeping alcove and bathroom. You'll have a sunny terrace to yourself. There is a refrigerator, electric cooker, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery (NOT stove). There is a really big garden you can get lost in, a shared barbecue space, tranquility and silence and views of the fjord. Great for cycling holidays, trout fishing, hiking, birdsong and nature. You are close to the Baltic route, the Archipelago trail and it is about 11 km to Faaborg and 18 km Svendborg.

The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)

The house is centrally located in Asserball Forest near Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights of Als. The house is with 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with and possibility for preparation for 2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be 350 DKK, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. The guesthouse is only 300 meters from the Baltic Sea coast with sea views. The farmhouse is set up for self-catering. The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". The garden is lovely closed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right by hiking and biking routes.

Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).
