Beautiful 19th Century house in a secluded setting overlooking the Vienne river. A perfect space to unwind, relax and recharge, with beautiful woodland views all around. The whole house is included; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, half-covered patio and large garden with an island and 100m of river frontage There is a house manual with all the info you need for a wonderful break! Arrivals any time after 4pm and departure please by 11am to allow for cleaning.

Calm 6 persons house with garden near Limoges

This 72 m² independant house, at the end of the road next to a wood, is build on a 560m² garden, kept clear by a gardener. Composed with 3 principals rooms and a conservatory with a cooler/heater which is the dining room. There is an alarm and every room has electric shutters. You can park in the common parking of the street. Perfect for all ages couples with or without young children. We don't advice this house for teenagers. Of course every nationality people are welcomed !

If you are looking for a small secluded corner in the countryside, very fresh with its stone walls of 80 cm, here is a gite equipped for 2, 4 or 6 people in a small quiet village in Limousin. Step-free and adjoining our house, fenced garden. From October 1 to May 1, a flat fee of €10 per night is required for electricity consumption, to be paid upon arrival. Check-in hours after 5pm and check out hours before 10am. However, we remain flexible on these schedules.

In the countryside, the small road does not go beyond the tiny hamlet of three dwellings. The cottage is very close to the other two homes. It opens onto a lawn with a pretty view of a pond of more than 1 ha. Ideal for unwinding, hiking, discovering a green area of forests and meadows where superb limousine cows graze. Saint Leonard de Noblat, the beautiful medieval city is 15 km away, Lake Vassivière is 20 minutes away, Lake Bujaleuf is 8 minutes away.
