2 story town home on Amelia Island, FL is just a quick 1.5 block walk to the beach. The pool and tennis courts are just steps away from the front door. Master with King-sized bed and Queen bed in second bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs, which is great for people who want to go to bed before other guests. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything to enjoy the salt life. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story 4-plex. It has its own deck space and shares a back porch with the other units.
