Mirno naselje, u blizini park šume ( trim staza, bicikla), blizina centra 3.5 km, besplatan parking ispred samog objekta, besplatno korištenje interneta...Kuca se sastoji od dvije spavace sobe ( bracni krevet) svaka sa svojim kupatilom, unutarnje i vanjske kuhinje, dnevnog boravka sa kaucem na razvlacenje (bracni krevet), velikom natkrivenom terasom, ostavom sa masinom za pranje rublja, te mali wc.
