Modern vacation house implanted on the hang above the small town of Velas, in São Jorge Island, with a unique view over the ocean channel between the triangle islands (São Jorge, Pico and Faial). They are 5 walking minutes (going downhill) from the centre of Velas (shopping, cafés, restaurants), and 10 minutes from the natural swimming pools in the ocean. Please take into consideration that the return way on foot includes a steep climb of about 100 meters. It is 700 m until the harbour of Velas.

Once a traditional wine cellar, built by Francisco Paulo in 1980, this villa served for many years as a place of production and warehouse for the Paulo family wine. The winery has been remodeled and expanded, but retains the traditional elevations and decoration and details of the times when it was used as a winery.
