Large child-friendly villa near the sea on Nøtterøy

Nøtterøy . Large single-family home of 300 m2 with great garden and very good sun conditions until long evening. The home is in a blind alley in a quiet and calm area. About 5 km to Tønsberg town, and 900 meters to the sea. 300 meters to kiwi and gas station. Here there is space for everyone in the spacious living room with a 3 meter dining table. Two large bathrooms and four spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms has double bed with 180cm width. Possibilities to put a third double bed in one of the children's bedrooms if needed. The two children's bedrooms each have a 120cm width bed. Possibility of 2 extra mattresses on the floor if needed. There is also a sofa bed with a 140 cm wide sofa bed in the cinema room. However, please note that there are no windows in this room. Private cinema room, fitness room, trampoline, slide and children's toys. No party, and only rent out to families.

Vårnes in Melsomvik is located quiet and rural by the sea right between Tønsberg and Sandefjord. The house has a great sea view with sun from morning to evening and there are nice swimming and hiking opportunities right outside the door. The Funkis house is well kept and has two large decks. On the top terrace there is a hot tub and a large outdoor living room where the entire front can be opened. On the lower terrace there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Inside there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen as well as exercise appliances. Plenty of space for parking.

Great, spacious near the sea

Great apartment of 150m2, distributed over two floors. 3 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. ( The last one is on mattress on the floor ) 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Great outdoor areas with greenhouses that can also be used in winter. Here you will also have to enjoy the evening sun in the summer ☀️ Newly renovated kitchen with coffee maker and everything you would need. Washing machine, dishwasher and dryer. As we live here as usual, some of our private things will be here. Ask for respect for it.

Rural house with large patio

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. Lovely large garden with barbecue area. There is a lot of space for play And sun all day. A small stone's throw from the golf course, or about a 15 min drive to the beach. Walking distance to both rema 1000 and Nøtterøy bakery We have 4 bedrooms. With both single and double beds It is also possible to put in more beds if desired with multiple beds. The house is at the end of a small road with only a few houses as neighbors making it peaceful

In this space, your family can stay close to everything, in a fairly central location. It is 3min to bus stop, 7min to the city/train station in Tønsberg, 28min to Sandefjord Airport. 5mins to Teie Torv where it is from grocery stores, bank, church, bellevue center, pharmacy, hairdressing salon, clothes/shoes shops, car wash service. Sports facilities and gym. It is a nursery, children and U-school. There are playgrounds, 5-7 football fields, and forests. 2.5km to the city center, 1.8km to Fresh fitness.

Calming place close to the sea.

Villaen ligger på idylliske Husøy på utsiden av Tønsberg. Husøy er en øy med ca. 1000 innbyggere. På øya vår har vi golfbane, flere badestrender, fotballbane og en vakker kyststi. Nærmeste strand ca 500 meter fra huset har brygge, strand, lekeplass og volleyballbane. Her går også Ole3 som er en ferje som går over til Husvik. Denne er gratis og man kan ha med sykler på båten. Nærmeste matbutikk ligger ca. 1 km fra huset. Det er 10 min fra Tønsberg og Tønsberg brygge med bil.

Pretty and sunny located single-family home in a quiet secluded street with no transit traffic. There is all day sun at the terrace and in the garden, until about 21 in summer time. The terrace measures approx. 100 sqm, and has a downed sandbox. The house is located about 5 minutes drive away from Tønsberg Sentrum, Fjærholmen beach with child-friendly sandy beach. about 1 km to the nearest grocery. 2 km to Nøtterøy Golf.
