The house is a unique old fisherman's home from 1875, which has been owned by the family since 1929. Upgraded to today's amenities, without ruining the old nostalgia. The house is located in the center of the nostalgic village of Gjógv. One of the most scenic and idyllic places in the Faroe Islands Here you can imagine going back in time, relaxing and enjoying the tranquility. Yes you can literally listen to the silence and enjoy nature in full. It cannot be explained it must be experienced.

Pershús - fantastic view in a silent village

The house is located by the sea with a view of the fjord. On the other side of the fjord is Kalsoy, where the last James Bond film ended. The 150-year-old Pershús has recently been renovated. It is perfect for couples and families with children. There is opportunity for activities. Quiet walks and hiking. The local å Storá is everyone's playground. Good opportunities to dip in the gorge natural harbor Gjógvin. (NEVER DIP ALONE). Or just enjoy life with the fantastic view from the hot tub.

Big and spacious house with a wonderful view. Very central in Stykkid, 20 minutes in car from Torshavn or the airport, 10 minutes from Vestmanna and 5 minutes walk to popular Leynasand beach. The house is in two sections with own kitchens, bathrooms, living areas etc. Playground in the garden for children with trampolin and swings, and the adults with hotpot, sauna and grillcabin. Space for 4 cars. Fast wifi. Access through stairs or ramp.

New Boathouse in Leirvík Welcome to our new modern boathouse with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The Area The house is located by the marina in Leirvík. It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurants, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. Bright, airy and handicap friendly house, located in peaceful surroundings on a ded end road. Scenic area with lots of opportunities for walks, fishing, etc. The perfect base for exploring the islands, or just relaxing in peaceful, beautiful surroundings. With approx. 300 m. to sandy beach. Centrally located on the islands, 25 min. to Tórshavn, 20 min. to the airport, 45 min. to Runavík and Klaksvík.

Large, peaceful apartment in the middle of the Faroe Islands. Geographically central. The longest distance by car is approximately 1 hour's drive. 6 of the islands are connected by tunnels and bridges. It is about 15 min to Tórshavn through the new underwater tunnel. Quiet village by the sea. Nice view from the livingroom. You will love my home because of the peace, the view and the surroundings.
