With its spacious design and comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in the centre of San Sebastian is ideal for families, professionals and couples looking for a relaxed base to get to know and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the attractions of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: The cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Loyola Street and its shops, the San Martin shopping center, the beach of La Concha, the Old Part, the mole/metro station... All that San Sebastian offers in a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Available high chair and baby cot. The apartment is so well located that we can walk to any interesting point in the city. The car is not necessary, except if you are interested in excursions in the surroundings (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). Public parking is available 24 hours a minute at the driver's expense. The apartment is located on Tendería Street (Dendarikale), in the Old Town of Bilbao, the oldest and most emblematic neighborhood of the city. From the viewpoint or the balcony you can see to the right the Cathedral of Santiago, and to the left the La Ribera Market. The location is privileged: a few meters from the floor you can take the tram, metro or train, and move around Bilbao and its surroundings.
