Top of a hill next to the peek n peak golf & ski resort - 3 minutes away. House is on 13 private acres. Open the front door and walk into a large room with: Couch, plush chairs, 50" tv, futon, bunkbeds, table & chairs. In the back - kitchen - stove, fridge, plates, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Next to the kitchen is an open (no wall between) small bedrm with a 32" tv, closet, & queen bed, laundry. Sledding hill out front! We are in the upstairs most of the time if you need anything.

Pet Friendly Home wooded setting 3000 Sq ft

The space is open and airy. Everything connects to the central great room so there are no hallways. The first floor master has a huge bathroom with two sinks and walk in closet. The property sits in the woods 400 feet off the road and is very private. The laundry is also on the first floor. https://youtu.be/raW-30aneh4 The basement is a separate Airbnb. They have their own entrance but will share the grill and outdoor area. The beaches are 15 minutes away. The casino is 5 minutes away.

Only 5 mins from here is peek n peak ski resort . Also located on chautauqua snowmobile trails . Many wineries . 25.00 per stay per dog...... no cats allowed
