Steps from the front door is the areas finest award winning swimming pool and Jacuzzi area nicely equipped with 3 gas grills and restroom facilities. Directly out the backdoor is the wonderful 100 slip Harbor Side Marina. The 30 foot dock with 30 amp power is a few steps from the unit and can be included for an extra fee.
