Hot water all the time, safe fenced area, parking space too, it’s part of a small complex, it’s very close to access from highway, has a convenience store close by and a breakfast restaurant too. Only five minutes walking distance from World renowned surf spot San Miguel. Good spot for surfers and wine country too

Clean and Safe House. 2-story house located 5 minutes from the city center, newly remodeled, has a full kitchen complete with all utilities, living room and dining room with television and internet service. 2 bedrooms with large closets and hot and cold air conditioning. They are for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 people at an additional cost. Carport with remote control. It also has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Sanitized house before each arrival.

LOCATION! Great Views, lovely sunsets, close to the city and wine country. You’ll love my place because of its location (perched up on a hill overlooking the ocean) comfy beds, nice kitchen, two terraces with spectacular panoramic views of the bay! My place is nice for couples and great for groups: 3 bedrooms, 3 FULL bathrooms (3 full bathrooms are very practical for families and groups) and 2 living rooms. Up to 8 guests.
