The house is located half a block to the beach with beautiful sceneary. Very close to market ( 1 block) and bakery. The beach is very quiet even during Holiday season. The house is beautiful, built with high quality. The space is ideal for couples, family adventures and families with children. Nicely decorated and well equipped home, with beautiful design details. The house has a huge water reservoir so you will never have issues with lack of water.

The house is very cozy, we did a large renovation recently (roof change, swimming pool, complete paint, some furniture, full floor...) has a swimming pool, barbecue, large rest area. The house is in a quiet place in Itapoá, it is a nice place. Spacious outside with trees. The furniture is simple but meets all needs. With the pool in the back it's even better to enjoy the summer. The house is +-500 meters from the beach, 10 min. away.
