Kick back in a charcoal-gray armchair with a fortifying coffee at this airy, modern home before heading out for an action-packed day in the city. Gather for a relaxed dinner out on the covered patio, then step into the bath for a restful soak. Other things you can expect: The entire house is yours! Free WIFI Smart TV with Netflix Writing desk Self check in Central heating/cooling (AC) Fridge Tea/coffee making Iron and ironing board Wardrobe space to hang your shirts Off-street parking Clothes washer and dryer machine Key locked private room This 'entire house' booking includes a large, spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and laundry. The toilet is separate to the rest of the main bathroom. There is a green backyard with an outdoor setting to enjoy a breath of fresh air or a glass of wine. The garage will be locked for storage, as are 2 bedrooms. I give my guests space but am available (in-person or over the phone) when needed throughout your stay. Adelaide’s city centre is 10 minutes away by car or 20 by bus. An easy 10-minute walk will reach Adelaide’s Linear Park, a cycling/walking track that winds its way from the Adelaide Hills through the city, then to the beach. 10mins by car/Uber or 20mins by bus to Adelaide’s city centre (It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stop 15 on Payneham Road). Nearby gyms include Goodlife Payneham, Anytime Fitness Campbelltown and the ARC Recreation Centre Campbelltown (where there is an indoor pool, gym and courts). While most shops close by 9pm on weekdays, IGA Campbelltown is open until midnight for the late night grocery run or other needs. If your family is coming to visit you during your stay, you can also upgrade to 2 bedrooms which sleeps up to 5 people. Scandi-Style Loft Close to Cosmopolitan Norwood Parade

Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome.
