Very good location for excursions in Switzerland. Only 30 minutes by car to Bern or to the Bernese Oberland. 1h to Interlaken (Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe). 1.5h to Lucerne, 2h to Engelberg (with Titlis). We live in a beautiful place called Bühlweidli, so Sonnweidchen, in an old renovated farmhouse. Absolute tranquility, no neighbors and pure nature. We mainly take care of ourselves, this biodynamically. Electricity, heating and hot water from 100% renewable energy this summer as well as winter, 60% water from source. We try to live with nature. We would like to invite you as a guest here to relax (including sauna/bath tub) and if you want to get to know our way of life.

Heimberg is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Emmental, Bern or Thun, the Gürbetal/Gantrisch region or the mountains of the Bernese Oberland (Interlaken, Grindelwald, Jungfraujoch etc.). The studio looks west with a wide view of the Gantrisch area. Therefore the day ends with a lot of sun. Flowers bloom in the garden in front of the room from spring to autumn. The whole apartment was renovated in winter 2017 and furnished in the cosy Shabby Chic style.

I rent out a 1.5 room apartment with full facilities. The apartment we rent is only for guests, so guests do not share rooms with other people. We are located on a farm in the Emmental at the top at 1130 meters above sea level with a very nice alpine view to the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. We have a lot of animals to pet. The apartment is not accessible by public transport. You need a car or taxi to reach the apartment.
