Spacious Casita with Resort Amenities

White walls and French doors open up each room to create a feeling of calm throughout the home. From the designer furnishing and tasteful decor items to the tennis court and pool outside, this Casita is as spacious as it is stylish. The property is resort like, without the crowds. Play tennis, shoot hoops, lay by the pool, or stroll through the garden. Hiking and mountain bike trails are out the back door. PLEASE NOTE: price indicated is for two guests staying in the one bedroom one bath with full kitchen. Optional second bedroom, bathroom can be added for an additonal $198 per night. Our place is very private, yet close by car to many attractions. 7 miles to the beach, 20 minutes to Legoland. Hiking out the back door, you will find endless trails and great mountain biking. Guests can use the tennis court and relax in their own private yard. Pool is available, although it is not heated. Hot tub is also available, but a $20.00 usage fee is needed to get it hot (It's big, and takes a lot of gas to get hot!) We live on the property, but it is very private. I can be reached easily by phone or text if something is needed. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that evokes a country vibe, the casita is accessible to all San Diego has to offer. Hiking trails are just outside with the beaches, local restaurants, and boutique shops just a short drive away. Permit Number: RNTL-007165-2017 A car is needed. The City of Encinitas charges an additional 10% TOT tax which I will add to the booking after confirmation. You will receive a request for payment before your arrive and it is separate from your reservation fee. Extra person charge of $25 per night The casita is close to Del Mar race track, Legoland, beaches, hiking, and equestrian centers.

You’ll love this peaceful and centrally-located space, just minutes from the heart of Vista’s bustling restaurant & microbrewery scene (5 min away) and the beaches of Oceanside and Carlsbad (15 min away). Relax and unwind on a small family farm and cherimoya grove of over 100 cherimoya fruit trees. Interact with, feed, and hold the resident chickens, and bring treats for the two pigs! The room’s balcony overlooks the cherimoya grove and paddock. Located just outside of San Elijo Hills, the property is a close drive to Encinitas downtown and beaches, LEGOLAND, and San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park. While the farm feels far away, about a mile away are a grocery store, coffee shop, and wine bar.

Come enjoy everything that Encinitas has to offer and live like the locals! It’s like staying at a friend’s place without feeling like you are invading their space! Very peaceful, clean and perfectly located between beach (with great restaurants and boutiques) and El Camino Real (where all the big shops are located). Your own private entrance with parking right in front of the gate. A private studio with newly remodeled spa-like bathroom. Attached to our home - but completely private.

Private cottage in a great neighborhood close to the beach. Cottage has an air conditioner/heater, queen bed, kitchen, bathroom, & TV & desk. Washer & dryer available. Fletcher cove is 1/2 mile by car or walk. Walking distance to Cedros Shopping district that has boutiques, restaurants & coffee houses. The Belly Up Tavern, Del Mar Race Track & Fairgrounds and fine restaurants are nearby. It is a short walk to the trailhead to San Elijo Lagoon Preserve hike and Annie's canyon.

Located 5-10 minutes away from all the amenities you could ask for, yet secluded and private. Close to parks and beautiful hikes. The Hillside Tiny House Camper is small but functional with everything you need including an AC unit. There is a queen size bed along with a twin that also acts as a couch. The bathroom has a full-size flush toilet, small sink, and a small shower/bathtub. There is a small outside area for you to enjoy some fresh air. Parking is available on the property.

Family friendly Mini-Farm in Elfin Forest

Charming, but large studio located in the enchanted Elfin Forest (San Diego County). Close to the beaches in Encinitas and Carlsbad with miles of beautiful local trails right outside the property for hiking and mountain biking. Gorgeous views from every window, the studio flat has a kitchen, bathroom with stall shower, Amazon Fire TV, WiFi, and convenient parking. Look out the window and you'll see one of the owners' many farm animals- horses, goats, and chickens.

The studio features a separate, private entrance with captivating views of both the backyard garden and city skyline. This attached apartment to my home has a private entrance with driveway parking. There is plenty of street parking as well. The 500 sq feet unit includes a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, smaller sitting area in bedroom.
