Modern Family Farm

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Troika Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is an upstairs unit above the garage and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Full gourmet kitchen with panoramic views, two king bedrooms appointed with fine linens, down pillows and luxurious comforters. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. For those who can't quite leave all work behind, there is a fully-equipped private office. Peaceful neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm-7am. Four people max.

Back on the market Spring 2023! (We’ve been off during Covid but looking forward to hosting you now!! Great Location and Privacy. Quiet, hilltop home, 10-15 minutes to the historic Sonoma Plaza. 2/2 king beds with fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. Delightful outdoor spaces front and back. Detached office. Wisteria Garden is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located less than three miles from the Sonoma Square. This is a no-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the house or on the property. The TV service we use is Roku with at least 3 of : Netflix, Apple+, Disney, HBO, and Showtime. Sonoma County has the following regulations in place: Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM No amplified music outside. TOT #: 2694N Maximum occupancy is four adults and children.

Romantic Tropical Garden Casita

As you step through the entrance and under the arch, you are transformed into another time and place. We have been told by guests they feel it reminds them of Italy, France, and Spain. The Hacienda is very private, behind the walls of the early California style home. The gardens are lush and filled with birds of all kinds. There are several vignettes to relax and watch nature. Nights are cool so there is no need for A/C if you leave window open at night.

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
