Check out all the kiting and windsurfing action in La Ventana from inside the condo or out on the deck. Private high speed wifi . There are lots of maintained mtn biking trails within riding distance. Fishing, spear fishing and scuba are popular. Billys restaurant on site. Very convenient beach market and restaurant access.

Unidad muy confortable, de decorado sencillo, nada de lujos, mas bien la sencillez que caracteriza la vida de playa. Vive la experiencia de salir a sus patios y disfrutar de un ambiente relajado, solo dar unos pasos y llegar a la playa la mejor de la zona; con sus arenas blancas, sin rocas, viento idóneo para practicar Kiteboarding, al amanecer salir a disfrutar de un paseo caminando, en padleboard, kayak o simplemente poner tus pies en el agua, todo esto llegando desde nuestro acceso directo.

Beautiful Cozy Studio Fully Equipped at La Ventana

The condo is a studio with a king size bed, two single bed sofa (one below the other), TV, Wifi, A&C, fully equipped kitchen with granite, located on lower level just steps from the biggest pool in the area, ideal to travel with children. Located in Club Cerralvo, an ocean view development, with pool, Gym, poolbar, 3 grill pits, children playground. Walking distance to La Ventana Beach, for Kite and Wind surfing. The Pool will not be available until March 24. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Penthouse with unobstructed views of La Ventana Bay and mountains to the west. Kitchenette with all needed appliances, smart TV, and reliable, fast internet . Deck for amazing sunrises. Club amenities include lounging area, dedicated gas BBQ grills, and fire pits. The pool and hot tub have undergone major repairs, completed in April 2024, and are back in service in perfect condition. World class wind sports, trails for mountain biking and hiking, great, affordable restaurants.

The facilities include a communal BBQ area, salt water pool, indoor gym, kids play area and a restaurant with sports TV channels. On the 3rd floor, our condo is a corner unit with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Each bedroom has a matrimonial bed and AC. There are beach essentials: chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels. The kitchen is very well equipped.
