Located in Santa Margarida with promenade that leads to Rosas (5' car); great residence with very quiet atmosphere. Small, comfortable and equipped apartment to breathe a lot of calm. View from terrace is spectacular, since there is no obstacle between the apartment and sea. From the terrace , Medes Islands as well as all of the Roses bay are visible. To go and swim, one only needs to get down into the small cove in front of the apartment. 7' away walking, there is a supermarket and a restaurant.
