Updated home right down the street from Pecos River beach and park area! 3 spacious bedrooms-each with a king size bed, and one SMALL bathroom. Full living room, kitchen and fenced in backyard. Awesome for families with children! NO PETS. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable space to stay while enjoying all that Carlsbad and surrounding areas have to offer, this is the perfect place for you. If you are hot natured-be advised, our AC unit has frozen up in the past if set below 72.

Food Truck Court is newly remodeled like a nice hotel room, it is a detached building meaning it’s totally separate from main house. It also has a new QUEEN SIZE BED It has private parking with a private entrance and a small back yard. It has internet and cable and NETFLIX. I also offer BREAKFAST BURRITOS It’s located in the center of towns witch makes accessing everything convenient. Including Lake Carlsbad which is a 5 min drive.

Beautiful bedroom with custom furniture and lovely fireplace.
