Our beautiful and spacious, 5 bedroom Georgian farmhouse, benefits from period features and stunning views, a perfect getaway to relax in. Snuggle up in front of the cosy woodburner; or if you are feeling energetic, play pool and table tennis in the games room or tennis on the court. The house is in a peaceful rural location and is surrounded by farmland. If you are an animal lover, you are welcome to feed my friendly alpacas and pygmy goats. A beautiful newly appointed oak framed studio apartment in the heart of Herefordshire. Within easy reach of Hereford city centre and close to many other popular places ie Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, the Golden Valley, the Showgrounds of the Three Counties and the Royal Welsh to name but a few! This open plan bed/sitting/kitchen space gives the feeling of calm and relaxation. A separate shower/toilet room also. This is situated on a working farm.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.
