A one bedroom suite inOne Manchester place with a beautiful finish and cozy feel bedroom and a living room that is convertible to a bedroom. Overlooking the beautiful Condos and hotels in Mactan Newtown and right in front of groceries, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and coffee shops. Enjoy the pool, gym, spa and game room within and beach which is only a 5 minute walk. A perfect staycation. You don't need to worry about anything.

Luxurious Condotel by the Ocean - Cebu, Mactan

Arterra Hotel and Resort offers a stunning, panoramic view of the ocean. It's located on the top of Punta Engaños and only a 20 minute drive away from the airport. I own several rooms in the amazing Arterra Residences. I am based in London so would like to rent my rooms out to guests visiting this beautiful island!
